Refund and Returns Policy

Products

The buyer has 7 days from the date of purchase to return items for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition from when it was despatched. Shipping for returned item(s) is at the buyer’s expense.

Digital Downloads (music, lesson plans, magazines, etc.)

For purchases relating to resources in PDF, Word or any other electronically-delivered format, refunds cannot be made as returning this type of product is impossible. There is no way to track if a resource has been copied and saved elsewhere and we want to ensure that our sellers and creators get proper reimbursement for the works they’ve created.
